Under Bridge Phobia

when ever we drive around in the city, and we go under a bridge, i freak out, i have to close my eye's cause i'm afraid the bridge will break on us.... and i get this wierd feeling between my eyes.... not pain , but everytime i go under a bridge and close my eyes that wierd feeling comes.....my phobia story.....sls.
ohh yah sucky part is i can't watch 3-d movies, with fast movement like when there on something and going under things and stuff, freaks me out, plus i'm terrified of the dark like ever since i was young,
and afraid of the deep dark water, i'm 20 and just learning how to swim...
