Unable to watch scenes on TV which show blood and medical surgery.

I have recently been unable to watch scenes on TV which show blood, medical surgery, torture and the like. I get chills through my body. My age is 68 and I have never had this phobia before.

Am I alone with these symptoms? Any thoughts appreciated. Tom
