Trypophobia: Fear of clusters of holes

Have you ever seen dry bone marrow or maybe a lotus seed pod? The cluster of holes is a HUGE phobia of mine, and to my surprise, other people share the same phobia. I have a serious case of trypophobia. Just by a picture I can be crying and shaking from the fear. If I stumble upon a picture or something with a cluster of holes, I will not eat or sleep normally for a week or so. Every night when i close my eyes to sleep I see holes in the darkness. I can see them in the sky, the ground, on myself and just about anywhere and it brings horrible anxiety with it.
Its an odd and sad fear..
