Thalassophobia and me

Its been years now and i have suffered from Thalassophobia, a phobia of large bodies of water. I cant be near oceans, lakes seas or rivers without being completly horrified. I cant even be in a pool without someone being there with me. I dont know where this phobia came from and it is diffrent from hydrophobia. I think this phobia came from when i was little. I went to jamaica and fell out a boat when we were in the middle of the ocean. This experience has scarred me for life.
