Terrified of mannequins!!!

This probably sounds stupid but I am so terrified of mannequins!
I will start crying immediately as soon as I see one and I feel like I can't breathe. I don't know how it started but ever since I can remember I have always had this phobia. But it's only the human looking mannequins and statues.
My mom's friend tried taking me to a Catholic church once but they had life-like looking statues and I ran out. And recently, my fiance tried pulling me into a store but there was a mannequin at the entrance, I tried running but he held my wrist pulling me so I dropped to the ground and crawled out! That was so embarrassing but it was TOO much for me. I think I need help!
