Terrified of feet
I'm 17 years old and I'm terrified of feet.
I can't stand looking at them, people touching me with their feet, touching them in general, anyone touching my own, anyone looking at my own, or even talking about them!
My brother loves to pick on me and joke around about it by sticking his feet in my face or near me at all, and most of my friends and family think I'm crazy when I tell them about it.
I can even be sitting at school in class and can't stand for anyone to put their feet on the rungs for your binder under my chair. Once as a joke a boy put his foot on my chair next to my leg and I got to the point to where I almost stopped breathing.
I'm even to the point to where I'm very cautious about how I put on my socks and shoes. I wear socks while I sleep and can't sleep otherwise. I'm also terrified of clowns.
I don't know where any of this started, or why.
I hope to somehow get over it, but at the moment it seems all is lost.
