Terrified of Cows

Ever since I was little I have always been terrified of cows. Since I live in a rural area I see cows all the time on farms and when I go to my uncles house he has to tie up his cows.

It gets quite embarrassing I mean I'm a 17 year old and people make fun of my phobia. I don't know what it about the cow that makes me uneasy. I am completely aware that cows won't hurt me but I'm still terrified.

My brothers girlfriend is Japanese. Boy oh Boy do I love sushi but I can never even visit a restaurant without getting scared of the Japanese. My family and friends tell me to get over myself but it has been a problem since I was young. I hope you read this without laughter like everyone else.
