Terrified of butterfiles and Moths

this is my biggest fear I actually had a nightmare about this picture.

I am terrified of butterfiles and Moths,there I said it! Ever scince I can remember I have been scared of the little fluttering beasts for no real reason I can explain other than I hate how delicate and fluttery they are.

My fear is so weird and (perhaps) stupid that people don't ever belive me when I actulally say that I hate them.I am afraid to go outside at might because the lights outside my house attract moths. I am terrified to go to the park because I don't want a butterfly landing on me.

Every time I get near a butterfly or moth I start to shke and feel jittery. My hands sweat and I want to scream and run away!
