Teethsurgery Phobia?!

I got four teeth removed without any sort of pain killers or anethesia when i was in third grade, and now anyone trying to do surgery in my mouth (not including dentists or orthodontists) sends me into insane panic attacks so severe I must take heavy tranquilizers and then be gassed annnnnd have an iv put in to knock me out.
