I am very very relieved that I am not the only one who is afraid of taxidermy animals. I have had this fear for as long as I can remember. As I've gotten older I have become okay with going into the Cabelas closest to my town but that is pretty much it. Recently I had to go into a building on the college campus in my town that I knew had taxidermy. I told my coworker about my fear and he said that we would not be going into the part of the building. As we are walking in he warned me that we would have to walk past a full sized bear but that was it. As we walked in he told me that the bear was right in front of us. I made sure not to make eye contact but I still felt the panic that I get. He goes to open a door and right behind that door was a white wolf. Panic set in and all the sudden I couldn't breathe and I told him that I couldn't do help him. He turned around and told me that he had accidentally gone the wrong way. We turned around and from then on he was my lookout for any taxidermy. After we left the building he apologized to me and said he that he didn't mean to scare me like that. Luckily I didn't have any nightmares that night.
