speaking fear

i m nabeel .......i m doing MBBS .....sir my problem is that i experience a fear of speaking in front of others in spite of the fact that i speak clearly and fearless when i m alone......but in front of others i start stammering ....feel increases pressure in my thorax.......sweating in my hands ......heart beat speeds up ..........sir i want a confirm that is it a physical problem or phobia......and how can i get rid of that
