You show signs of social anxiety just being nice when you generally feel socially embarrassed and suffer from the impression that you are being misjudged and wrongly criticized.

At times as an outcome of social anxiety just being nice and pleasant, you behave quite foolishly among your associates and colleagues. Offices, universities and colleges are places where you have to give your best and prove your metal.
Thus, if you are a victim of social anxiety you will always feel that your performance has not been up to the mark and that you are incompetent and inefficient. You are worried about upsetting your upper boss and unnecessarily try to be extra polite and agreeable.
Some of the common and usual symptoms of social anxiety just being nice are:
- Smothering sensations and shortness of breath
- Racing heart, slow heart beat, palpitations
- Shaking or shivering
- Neck and shoulder pain and numbness in face or head
- Indigestion, heartburn, constipation and diarrhea
- Dry mouth, insomnia and nightmares
Some of the other most significant signs and symptoms of social anxiety just being nice include:
- Increased depression and aggression
- Hormonal problems
- If you are really a victim of social anxiety just being nice you are sure to suffer from hallucination problems
- You will unfavorably become sensitive to light, sound, touch and smell
Social anxiety just being nice is a chronic state of personal discomfiture resulting in lack of confidence and conviction in life.
Therefore, it is important for you to help yourself and eliminate such feelings of unnecessary nervousness and bring about stability in your thought and attitude.
