Selachophobia, Fear of Sharks

i am 16 and i have Selachophobia, fear of sharks. every time i look at a picture of one i am close to tears. when i was a little girl i went to a aquarium and they had a massive plastic shark and i wouldnt go underneath it to walk the way to go out so i had to shut my eyes. Even when i think of sharks i cant even go in the bath or any water because i think of them
