Scared of the Dentist

Im a 15 year old girl who is scared of the dentist :(

i just get scared that something bad ill happen,
i hate th hook thinhg they poke around and i always think something bad will happen.

and i hate the "sucky" thing i call the hoover, it makes such a horrible noise and it really scares me,

help?
i hav a check up in like half an hour, and im scared, i might bite the dentist or something stupid like that, ahah, :) anyways,
any one know a way i can relax?
i have to have 2 fillings on monday...
