Scared of Ladybugs

i am 18 years old and i am scared of ladybugs. when i was in my old house my room had a ladybugs nest in the roof and i didnt mind at first but one night i woke up and they were all over me like proper crawling all over me and they were in my hair and everything.

i cant even look or be near a ladybug since then and ive had nightmares ever since then, i get really badly teased by my friends for it since they dont really get how scared i actually am of them.
