scared of Hair

In the past few years I have become more and more scared of hair. No matter where i see it, no matter who it belows to, I can't stand it.

Like the other day I was in my school cafe and there was a hair on the seat where i was going to sit and i saw it and almost cried and I couldn't sit there, even after one of my friends moved it for me.

I'm getting sick of being known as the girl who is afraid of hair. I have gotten in to physical fights about this, I just need to get over it, as people say, like my mom, but i can't. She just doesn't understand. I'm only afraid of detached hair.

Can anyone help me over come this nightmare?
