Phonephobia or Telephobia
I have this terrible phobia of talking on the phone, phonephobia or telephobia. I get all tense and I can't breathe. Most of the time when I pick up my phone, I just press the ignore key. I don't know why it happens. I need help. Click here to read or post comments.
