Phobia with blood pressure checks

I have terrible phobia with blood pressure checks. Each time i go to the hospital ive pannic attacks during blood pressure test.

My problem is that im pregnant and i should do this test during each appoutnment. Can anybody help me out.

On the other hand ive social phobia. I cannt face my sister in law when talking to her. Ive terrible mouth twitch, palpitation and my voice trembles.

Im fed up wih this now. My fear is that after my delivery they will pay me visist at the hospital and the idea of talking with the visitors especially my sis in law is making me more anxious.
