Phobia of Storms

Hi my name is Kayla and I am 13 years old. I am deathly afraid of storms and I dont know why. I go to a camp every year and we always have a storm and they scare me so much. I blare music to cover the thunder and turn on lights to stop me from seeing the lighting. I need to learn to overcome this phobia of storms but i dont know how!
