Phobia of Sleepwalkers

Ever since I saw a documentary on TV about sleep walkers and night terrors a few years back. I have been absolutely terrified! Now I've got this phobia of sleepwalkers. I wont sleep round friends houses if they or their siblings sleep walk. The idea of someone walking around, or vacantly staring at something as if they don't know it's there, scares me so much, sometimes the thought of it brings be to tears and i have panic attacks. I'm only 15, but I'm already terrified of how I will react in the future if my children sleep walk. Click here to read or post comments.
