Phobia of heart attack

Hi,
I am 27 year old, From last 6 years i am facing phobia of heart attack,even though i am totally medically fit, If i heard any case related to heart attack i becomes panic,several times i also faces panic attacks,
now my problems leads to another phobia of death, i am felling to be die i can't control my negative emotions.
Please Guide me to solve this problem.
