Phobia of getting ready or showering at anyones house other than mine.

i have this weird and strange phobia of getting ready or showering at anyones house other than mine. I just feel so scared and not myslef. its hard to explain but i just get scared of it. It makes me want to scream and die. I dont know how to get over it but my friends all think im nuts and im a crazy person. is there a name for this? is so please say.
