Phobia of Doctors and Fear of the Unknown!!

hi since i was bout 5 or 6 i have had a severe phobia of the doctors. to the point i faint constantly if i am put there. it's any kind of doctor to dentists,eye doctors ect. its so bad that i can never go to get help when im sick because i go through to much to get there.

i also have another phobia, fear of the unknown, that has come up recently whenever i have to go somewhere unknown like a job interveiw ,an office anything i nearly faint to. i want to be a mother someday and im scared my phobia will take that dream away from me.... what do i do?
