Phobia of Centipedes

I also have a phobia of centipedes, i was hand washing one of my bags in my set tub in my laundry room, i don't like going down there because sometimes there's bugs. i got upstairs and decided to do it in my bathroom sink i'm washing the bag for 15minutes.

then it feels like there was a lose strand of hair on my hand, i look, and a huge centipede was on my hand, i screamed very loud then i sunk it in the sink, HE WAS PUTTING UP A GOOD FIGHT!! but i got so scared, i can still feel it on my hand
