Phobia of Centipedes

Hello... I have a phobia of Centipedes. They terrify me. Recently I was on my computer and I hear a thump, I looked and one fell on my bed, it was huge, and it had a shell.

My room has many holes in it and its unfinished. Once I saw it I ran out of my room screaming to my brother and my mom. I locked myself in my mothers room and I was swearing and crying... I had a horrible panic attack. I had trouble talking, breathing, and sitting still.
