I know how you feel. I'm 31 and the clusters of things lumps, bumps phobia has died down over the years. The cluster of things has to be in a random pattern for it to effect me. It's an evolutionary response against disease, spots/rashes. People are afraid of spiders and snakes as it's an evolutionary reaction to danger. Ive slowly got rid of the phobia by actively looking for it online. The more you expose yourself to it, the faster you will get over it.
If you can google images this (Neurofibromatosis) and get used to looking at it. It should help. Im warning you its real clusters of lumps bumps holes on skin.
It still makes me feel sick, but when i see those hands in the dove ad, I think to myself. 'well its not as bad as Neurofibromatosis"

To be honest, I've had this since I was like, what, 4-years-old? D: It's driving me CRAZYYY. Recently, I've moved to Bangladesh, where I've seen an elderly lady on the road (a beggar, I suppose), and she had tumours all over her body and face.
That was a life-changing sight. Honestly. I've always been scared of clusters, or bumps, lumps... :(

I don't know if I have a phobia. But I too can't stand seing bumps... I imagine I have them all over my skin. It makes me want to scratch the bumps off whatever I see it on. I can't stand it. Just talking about it right now is making me feel UGH all over.

The name of it is clusterphobia from what i know. I have it too and it drives me insane. mutations as well bother me like mushrooms in circles around where a tree/well was and those leaves with mutated bumps all over it. its gross. also tape worms, and parasites and such

Thats me too. I cant stand to see things in clusters like a flock of birds, schools of fish, the Plavix commercial, fans with their hands up all cheering at one at a game (especially if they are waving things). Seeing these things drive me up the wall especially if there is motion with them

When I was a young girl my mom had a place mat on the table that had bump like circles cluster that made me want to scratch at it and tear it apart. It irritates me to the point that I have to do whatever I can to get rid of those bumps. Ever since then I have realized that I have had a problem with bumps, lumps and certain clusters of the two.

I have this too. Its really freaking me out. Sorry I don't really have any suggestions.. apart from when you see something in a cluster or somthing very bumpy just look away or close your eyes. Do you know what this phobia is called ccoz when i tell people i have it they think i'm an idiot and am making it up so i'm glad some one else has it too.
