Phobia of Black and White and Fast moving objects

for some reason i all ways have a dream that is in black and white that scares me and im locked in a car as a child and then car is moving down the streets rapidly and i stare outside and see the cars and the trees moving and i get scared
the fear of fast moving objects is Tachophobia
but i dont know wat the black and white one is called im scared!!!!
