Phobia of any imperfections: Rust, burn spots, chipped items etc..

Hi, I have very weird phobias and it may seem strange. I have got a phobia of any imperfections: Rust, burn spots, chipped items etc..I absolutely can not touch a burn spot (ie., cigarette burn, burns in furniture, blankets, etc. It makes my skin crawl and I go into a panic mode. The other is rust on anything: sinks, floors, silverware, I don't want to even clean it, which means I over clean to prevent it. The last is chipped items: ie., a missing tile on the floor, a large scraped,a hole in anything, stain, or chip in dishes. I don't even know what you call this kind of phobia but I been this way since I was a little girl and I'm now 27yrs old. Can someone please tell me what's going on or if you have a similar thing? My husband think I'm nuts at times, especially when we're at a hotel or something and I immediately start to look for those kind of things!!! What can I do about this?
