Phobia about wanting everything to be perfect
A couple of days ago I starte having wired thoughts all of a sudden about wanting everything to be perfect. I never really cares much about that, but all of a sudden I do. It's really annoying me and giving me tons of anxiety. It might be my hormones though because I haven't gotten my period in a year. I try to focus on something else and it will go away for 5 minutes and then come back. It's really hard to concentrate, and I am acting fine but inside I feel like crap. How do i stop these all of a sudden wired occurring thoughts?
