Petrified of Crabs

I am petrified of crabs. I can't enjoy any holidays in hot countries which my husband loves and I'm anxious and terrified if I go to any beach anywhere. The land crabs affect me the most as they live in people's gardens and even walk along the street in some places. Once I saw a huge land crab sitting on the doorstep of a villa where we were staying. I went into hysterics and could hardly breathe. I was on a plane home the next morning. I lost all the money that I had paid for my holiday and had to pay extra for the flight home but I just couldn't stay there any longer. I really need help.
