necrophobia

im 21 and i have had this necrophobia for 3 years now. i hate it its ruining my life. im afraid if going to bed in case i dont get up.

sometimes i think i cant breath right and any thing i get like a headache i think its a brain tumour or something and i have an irregular heartbeat which makes things worse
