My Vomiting Phobia

Hi, my name is Bailey and I am absolutely horrified at the sound, sight, smell and everything having to do with vomiting!

I was home with one of my relatives and she was sick of course, vomiting during the night and the next day it was just me and her again.

I was on my computer downstairs and I didn't even stop to think she'd get sick again. And I had earphones on and from the upstairs bathroom I hear what else, but gagging, violent coughing and then, vomiting. I actually started shaking, I got really sweaty and my heart just started racing. I cranked the music up in my headphones so loud and hoped that the music wouldn't get any quieter.

I hate to say this, but after she was "done" I went upstairs to my room and I was still shaking pretty bad, I started sobbing uncontrolably for a while I just couldn't help it. I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown!

Does anyone know what to do? I've had this as long as I can remember. I want it to be gone! Thanks
