My Phobia is really big roller coasters like Top Gun

Hi how are you? My name is PiggyGirl1 and I am 22 years old and I have a fear of really fast roller coasters, whenever I see a big roller coaster I get scared and my palms start sweating and I feel dizzy and then almost faint.

But how do I get rid of this fear? I don't wanna feel scared anymore and I don't wanna let my family memebers down.

Please Help Me Get Rid Of This Ongoing fear.
