i am 13 i am scared of rollercoasters to that TURN AROUND anyways u mainly see rollercoasters at theme parks and carnivals worrried about ur phobia ??? well DO NOT GO TO THE THEME PARK OR CARNIVAL OR u can go to the carnival/theme park and cover ur eyes with ur hands.dont worry ur not the only one i have phobia over thunderstorms and spiders.check out what i wrote my name is scary.

i'm not sure if this will help or not. It might depend on how bad your phobia/fear is, but what i did is went on the roller cooaster. and while it went up the bigger parts, i would just close my eyes and think about other places. kind of like a happy place. it helped me a lot.. i still get a little bit scared but i really dont notice it that much anymore. i absolutley LOVE roller coasters now and when i do get scared a little, i still go on them, and always end up LOVING it and going on it MANY more time.
