My fear of sponges

I am terrified of sponges. The thought of being touched by a sponge is deeply terrifying and makes me want to cry. I hate sponges and pictures of sponges and anything that resembles a sponge. The only sponge I like is sponge bob and when he comes out of the water in one episode and dries up it is worse than any horror movie. SOMEONE HELP ME OVER COME MY FEAR OF SPONGES?!
