Well I have pretty mild hydrophobia but I'm terrified of lakes rivers oceans and any type of running water with fish in it. most people thing that facing your fears is just a stupid way that will never work but I realized otherwise. I was at a lake in a tube and it was flat like really flat an I was on the side seat I was distracted by talking to my friend and in a second I flew into the water I started having a panic attack and curling into a ball.but finally when it was over I had sort of overcome my fear not entirely but jusr partially but I did end up realizing that facing your fears even when it wasn't intentional is probably the best way to go.
