Math Phobia??

Hello there!! i'm rhyzhel and i think i'm suffering from math phobia... during our math class i'm always feel nervous and i can't even think clearly.. Sometimes when i failed in a math test i always cry because of it.. i can cry 2-3 hours...I also feel angry about myself... I wanna be ex phobic but i don't know how would i do that.. can someone help me..PLEASE..
