Im Terrified of butterflys!

Ever since I can remember I have always had a terrible fear of butterflys, when I was in primary school we went on a trip to a butterfly house and I remember screaming the whole way Round! I run a mile if I see one close by and can't even look at pictures of them. I have frequent nightmares about them chasing me and of giant ones sticking to my face and flapping!
