Im scared of the deep ocean

Hi im Dana and im 16 years old, and im scared of the deep oceans, not the water in general but the deep end. Maybe im scared of drowning even though im a great swimmer, but i've noticed that it scares me to go into the water at the beach because of the chance the water could take me out away from the coast. Even the something as simple as playing a video game were i go into the ocean scares me to the point of not wanting to play anymore, and i love scary video games. It's mostly the fact that I cant see whats down there scares me the most, but the thoughts of being dragged under and all the pressure and no air just freaks me out Click here to read or post comments.
