I'm scared of ghosts

my name is Baskoro and I live in Indonesia. I am a young teenager at age thirteen and I still study.

My phobia seems endless and not changing at all. I am now having a phasmoophobia in which I'm scared of ghosts.

that made me concentrate less in writing and others. my father has told me that there are no demons existing in this world but I whatsoever can't relieve it at all. this is very difficult for me to change.

can you show me the compatible tips for this such a phobia ?
