I'm full of fear

I don't know why I'm so scared of everything. I just am. I haven't left my house for almost a year and a half, I mean I've left it a few times. But no more than say 20 in the past year and a half.

I'm afraid of people, I'm afraid of what can happen outside my house. I'm afraid of the real world. I feel so tranquil when I am in the solitude.

I have various fears, fear of getting sick, fear of falling asleep at night, fear of germs, fear when I miss my period, which I usually have it clocked down to the hour.. I think I am insane.
