I have this phobia of getting the mail

for 2 years now since my Mother's death... I have this phobia of getting the mail. At first it was all the bills coming in. Then that was all settled. But now that sickness that i get when i hear the truck or anything to do with the mail i get unbelievably naucious. many people laugh at me... but it is a huge problem. all of my mail has been returned ... and still i have not even gone down to the post office to fix the problem. it is horrible and it is destryoing my life.
