I Have Ornithophobia

I was bitten and attacked by three birds when i was little. and i now suffer from ornithophobia. I cant see a bird in distance of me or else i freak. my parents even tried getting birds so i could get used to them but we had to give them away because i wouldnt even go down the stairs. I havent found anything to help quite yet.
