I have an unnatural fear of spiders...

I'm not sure why, but ever since I was little, I've had a unnatural fear of spiders, even little ones! I recently talked to my psychologist and she revealed that she'd had a deathly fear over needles but that it was due to her pastlife and how her cell's memory allowed her to tap into her pastlife and relive episodes of torture in her pastlife. Since she had her NET (neuro-emotional-technique) session, she's been able to get over her fear of needles, but told me to find out what my own fear of spiders could mean and THEN go to a holistic doctor to have my own NET session. Anybody have an idea?
