i have a wierd phobia

i have a really wierd phobia, and i wonder if i could get help to cure it but im scared people may think my phobia is wierd. i suddenly start feeling all wierd everything that moves around me i get all phobic about for example is a shandeleer moves or curtains move side do side i get all panicky and start to sweat and have to look away, or if a door squeeks or it moves side to side, or if cars are going fast. and certain noises that are repeating every second. it only happns sumtimes to me the rest of the time its all normal and i live life like every other person. but what is this phobia??
