I have a phobia of having dirty hands. I do not eat with my hands, I prefer to use utensils for all eating. As an example; I will eat a bag of chips/crisps with chop sticks. Washing my hands is also difficult as having water on my hands is also somewhat distressing.
My phobia of having dirty hands isn't too bad, I dont have much of a problem getting around it in every day life.
