I have a fear of death

I have a fear of death. I am always thinking im going to die some how. If im driving over railroad tracks i think i might die. If im by a telephone pole. When there is a storm outside and its lighting i think the lighting will come through the window and kill me.

Its always something. My fear is to die or have my family die and me not know what to do.
