I have a butterfly phobia

My name is Katy and when I was 8 or 9 years old I went to a butterflygarden with my class. I had a red raincoat..all the butterflies touched me and put on me..it was horrible I screamed out and never went back to this garden.Since this day I suffer from butterfly phobia and run away or scream when one flies past me.When I see one I stop breathing and panic. I can even watch a picture of them. I'm happy not being the only one scared of butterflies.
