I fear death

When i was younger I remember seeing the movie Final Destination. As if I wasnt scared all through the movie. My aunt told me death was real and then I began seeing "it" everywhere. Signs of death everywhere and I always think im going to die like every second. I hate it. Everyone tells me that I shouldnt be afraid of death but they dont understand. They just tell me that everyone dies. Now everytime I go somewhere i think of all possible ways to die and I keep seeing things.
