I cant touch soft things!

It started about 2 yrs ago. I'm not sure how it started but I no I can't touch anything soft it hurts me. When im not sure its soft I pick it up and automatically drop it. I just cant touch it with my hands, But I can sit on it and I can aslo touch it with my feet. My friends dont Know because im afraid they might start talking about me.
